Welcome to the West Side Montessori School Application for Admission

Application Requirements
At West Side Montessori School, we are a community of families, and therefore, our admissions process begins with getting to know each family and child. To begin, please submit a completed Application Form along with the application fee. When completing the application, you will be asked to provide the following, along with some additional information. Please take time to review this information before you begin the online application submission.

Program requests (first and second choices)

** Children must be born before November 1, 2006 to be eligible for September 2009 enrollment. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to this policy.**

Our Programs
We offer 4 programs as below. You are required to select a first and second program request.

AM:   8:30am -12:30pm Monday through Friday (includes lunch)   
9-3:   9:00am - 3:00pm Monday through Thursday; 9:00am -12:30pm on Friday (includes lunch)
PM:   1:30pm - 5:30pm Monday through Friday (includes supper)
LAP:  8:30am -5:30pm Monday through Friday (includes lunch and supper)

Application Fee
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. This fee is waived if the applicant family is requesting financial aid or is ACS eligible. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards.
